By downloading, installing, or using Screw Your Buddy ("the App"), published by PayBack Fitness, LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.2. Use of the App
Screw Your Buddy is a digital card game intended for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
The App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
You are responsible for any content you enter into the App (such as your player name). Do not enter personal or sensitive information.3. Age Requirement
The App is rated 9+ and is not directed to children under 13. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.4. In-App Purchases
The App is free and supported by advertising. It does not currently offer in-app purchases.5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The App serves only non-personalized (contextual) advertisements and does not use IDFA-based tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited data these ads process.6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, and code, is owned by or licensed to PayBack Fitness, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the App without express written permission.7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayBack Fitness, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made.11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.12. Contact
